ORDER
Following a jury trial, Tyjuan Caldwell was convicted in the Circuit Court of Jackson County of four counts: second-degree (felony) murder; unlawful use of a weapon; and two associated counts of armed criminal action. The circuit court sentenced Caldwell to a total term of twenty years’ imprisonment. Caldwell appeals. He argues that the circuit court erred in failing to give a defense-of-others jury instruction which he requested. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
