ORDER
Abbas Mohamed and Faduma Ali, individually and as the natural parents of Hawa Mohamud and grandparents of Baby Mohamud (collectively, Plaintiffs), filed a wrongful death action against Wallabys Inc., a Kansas restaurant and bar, and Terry Jones. Plaintiffs alleged Wallabys overserved alcohol to Jones at its Kansas establishment in violation of Missouris Dram Shop statute, that Jones proceeded to drive intoxicated, and that Jones caused an automobile accident in Missouri that killed Hawa Mohamud and her unborn child. Wallabys filed a motion to dismiss, citing a lack of personal jurisdiction, which was granted by the Circuit Court of Jackson County. Plaintiffs appeal from that judgment. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
