ORDER
C.G. Sewing appeals the judgments of the Circuit Court of Jackson County dismissing her employment discrimination claims. Sewings petition asserted claims of sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and retaliation under the Missouri Human Rights Act (“MHRA”). Four of the five defendants—the Scottish Rite of Kansas City, the Scottish Rite Temple Association of Kansas City, Michael Wheeler, and Robert Harman—filed a motion for summary judgment, asserting they were not “employers” as that term is defined under the MHRA. The trial court agreed and granted summary judgment in favor of those defendants. In a separate judgment, the trial court dismissed Sewings claims against the remaining defendant—the Orient of Missouri-Scottish Rite—finding that it was “not a legal entity with the capacity to sue or be sued.” For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
