IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the appellants Notice of Voluntary Dismissal is recognized by the Court, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida, is hereby dismissed. Upon consideration of Appellees Motion for Order Determining Entitlement to Appellate Attorneys Fees, it is ordered that said Motion is granted, and the matter is remanded to the trial court to fix a reasonable amount.
