Certification of Senior Judge
The Honorable Robert Kirsch, Judge of the Noble Superior Court, has requested certification as a Senior Judge under IC 33-27-4-1.
Upon examination of this request, the Indiana Judicial Nomination Commission has concluded that Judge Robert Kirsch meets the criteria for appointment as a Senior Judge under the above-noted provision.
Accordingly, this Commission hereby certifies to the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana that the Honorable Robert Kirsch is qualified to be appointed as a Senior Judge pursuant to IC 33-23-3-2, effective December 10, 2021 through December 31, 2022.
