Following review of the Petition for Writ of Prohibition, and the Response thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied. Upon consideration of Respondents Motion for Appellate Attorneys Fees, it is ordered that said Motion is granted, and the matter is remanded to the trial court to fix the amount.
