ON CONCESSION OF ERRORS
We accept Appellees concession that the trial court erred when it found that no exceptions to the report and recommendation of the general magistrate were timely filed and then approved and adopted the report and recommendation of the general magistrate without a hearing. Accordingly, we reverse the supplemental final judgment of modification and remand for further proceedings. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
