Opinion

Pro se Petitioner is deemed insolvent and may proceed in forma pauperis for purposes of this cause.

Pro se Petitioner has filed a Petition for Writ of Mandamus. The Petition appears to be either an appeal of a denial of a petition for mandamus relief from the trial court, or a certiorari petition seeking review of such denial. In any event, original mandamus jurisdiction does not lie in this Court for the type of relief pro se Petitioner seeks.

Accordingly, the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus is hereby stricken as unauthorized. Pro se Petitioner may file, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, an appropriate and legally sufficient petition or appeal of a non-final order.
