Upon consideration, pro se Petitioners Motion to File an Amended Petition for Writ of Certiorari is granted, and the Amended Petition attached to the Motion is accepted by the Court.
Following review of the pro se Amended Petition for Writ of Certiorari, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby dismissed, without prejudice to pro se Petitioner refiling a petition if the trial court enters a written order.
