Granted. Under the facts presented, we find the district court did not abuse its great discretion in granting relators motion in limine. See La. Code Evid. art. 403. Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court is reinstated. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings. While the experiment in question may not be admitted for its scientific validity, the existence of it is admissible to show notice or knowledge. Hughes, J., dissents and assigns reasons.
