Granted. Considering the specific facts and circumstances of these proceedings, we find the court of appeal erred in exercising its supervisory jurisdiction and reversing the district courts evidentiary ruling. Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court is reinstated. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
I concur in part as to the reversal of the court of appeals order of a contradictory hearing. See Louisiana Code Civil Procedure article 1425F(2). I dissent in part, finding that the experts opinion on exposure and dose reconstruction is relevant to causation and damages and is, therefore, admissible.
