Writ granted in part. Based on all the evidence adduced at trial, particularly the video of the incident, even when viewed in the light most favorable to the prosecution, we find the evidence insufficient to sustain the convictions of applicant on two counts of resisting an officer. Jackson v. Virginia, 443 U.S. 307, 99 S.Ct. 2781, 61 L.Ed.2d 560 (1979). These convictions are therefore reversed and vacated. In all other respects, the writ is denied. Crain, J., dissents.
