ON CONCESSION OF ERROR AND MOTION FOR REMAND
Appellant appeals the lower courts denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. We accept the States concession of error, reverse the order on appeal, and remand this matter to the lower court for an amended order. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
