Opinion

WRIT DENIED

Defendant/relator, Raymond Kimble, III, seeks supervisory review of the trial courts ruling, denying his motion for release without bail pending trial. Relator has filed several writ applications regarding the denial of his motion for release without bail, all of which have been denied.

In this writ application, relator failed to include a copy of the transcript from the motion for release hearing, thereby precluding this Court from a complete consideration regarding the validity of the trial courts ruling. City of Baton Rouge v. Plain, 433 So.2d 710 (La. 1983), cert. denied, 464 U.S. 896, 104 S.Ct. 246, 78 L.Ed.2d 235 (1983). The absence of a transcript generally prevents a reviewing court from a complete consideration of the validity of the trial courts ruling. State v. Hamed, 21-167 (La. App. 5 Cir. 8/18/21), 326 So.3d 375.

Accordingly, on the showing made, we find no error in the trial courts denial of the motion for release without bail and deny this writ.
