Relator, Donald Bickham, seeks a writ of mandamus ordering the trial court to rule upon his application for post-conviction relief (APCR) filed on or about July 12, 2021. According to the official trial court record, the State filed a response to relators APCR on August 18, 2021, but the trial court has not yet ruled on that application.
We grant the writ and order the trial court to rule on relators APCR within 30 days of the date of this disposition, if it has not already done so. We further order the trial court to provide a copy of its ruling to relator and to this Court within 10 days of the date of such ruling.
