WRIT DENIED
The relator, Harold Kimble, filed the instant application which seeks expedited review of what he asserts is the continuance of his trial date over his objection, as well as the courts denial of his motion for release without bail pending trial. The relator claims that his current trial date has been set for December 13, 2021.
The relator has previously raised similar claims regarding continuances of his trial as well as the denial of his motion for release without bail. See State v. Kimble, 21-K-125 (La. App. 5 Cir. 3/15/21) (unpublished writ disposition); State v. Kimble, 21-K-49 (La. App. 5 Cir. 2/11/21) (unpublished writ disposition); State v. Kimble, 20-K-476 (La. App. 5 Cir. 1/21/21) (unpublished writ disposition); Kimble v. State, 20-K-235 (La. App. 5 Cir. 8/10/20) (unpublished writ disposition), writ denied, 20-1093 (La. 11/24/20), 305 So.3d 101; Kimble v. State, 20-K-218 (La. App. 5 Cir. 7/28/20) (unpublished writ disposition). The relator now summarily re-urges his previous claims, which were all considered and denied by this Court.
In his most recent application, the relator does not include copies of a notice of intent or a return date order. Also, the relator has presented no ruling for this Courts review, no evidence of pending motions before the district court, and no record upon which any claim can be considered. Accordingly, on the showing made, we find that the relator has not demonstrated that he is entitled to relief. The relators application is denied.
