Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Certiorari and Writ of Prohibition, and the Response thereto, it is ordered that the pro se Petition is hereby denied.
Upon consideration of Respondents Motion for Appellate Attorneys Fees, it is ordered that said Motion is granted, conditioned upon the trial courts consideration of pro se Petitioners ability to pay, as required by section 742.045, Florida Statutes.
