The City of Holmes Beach challenges the circuit courts order denying its motion for attorneys fees and costs filed under section 70.001(6)(c)(2), Florida Statutes (2019). We reverse and remand for further proceedings. See City of Holmes Beach v. Coral Escapes of Holmes Beach, LLC, No. 20-2004, 327 So. 3d 361 (Fla. 2d DCA August 18, 2021) (remanding for the court to determine the Citys entitlement to attorneys fees under section 70.001(6)(c)(2)). Reversed and remanded.
