We dismiss, as moot, Appellants appeal of the trial courts order denying his motion to cancel foreclosure sale. We affirm the trial courts order denying Appellants motion to vacate a consent final judgment of foreclosure because Appellants arguments are without merit. AFFIRMED, in part; DISMISSED, in part.
