ORDER
Christopher Scott appeals his convictions, following a jury trial, for robbery in the first degree, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. In two points on appeal, he contends that the trial court plainly erred in submitting the verdict directing instruction for unlawful use of a weapon. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons of this decision is provided to the parties. The convictions are affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
