Before this court are two appeals by Moulay Tidriri from the district courts

dismissals of his employment actions. After careful review of the record and the parties’ arguments on appeal in each case, we find no basis for reversal. See Hales v. Caseys Mktg. Co., 886 F.3d 730, 734 (8th Cir. 2018) (standard of review). Accordingly, we affirm. See 8th Cir. R. 47B. We also deny Tidriris pending motion in No. 20-3265. FOOTNOTES
