Dongxiao Yue appeals the district courts order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge, granting Chun-Hui Miaos Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) motion, and dismissing Yues civil action. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district courts order. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED
