Dismissed and remanded to CA 2/1. Review in the above-captioned matter, which was granted and held for People v. Lewis (2021) 11 Cal.5th 952, 281 Cal.Rptr.3d 521, 491 P.3d 309, is hereby dismissed. As specified by rule 8.1115(e)(2) of the California Rules of Court, pursuant to this order the Court of Appeals opinion, filed November 19, 2020, which appears at 57 Cal.App.5th 604, 272 Cal.Rptr.3d 1, is non-citable and nonprecedential “to the extent it is inconsistent with” our decision in Lewis.
