The appellants request for an award of attorneys fees on appeal is denied. The appellees request for an award of attorneys fees on appeal is granted in the amount of $4,000.

I concur in that part of the no-opinion order affirming the judgment entered by the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court. I dissent from that part of the order granting the appellees request for an award of attorneys fees on appeal.
