The Court dismisses the petition for writ of mandamus for failing to plead a clear legal right to the requested relief. See Heath v. Becktell, 327 So. 2d 3, 4 (Fla. 1976). The petition for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed. See Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850(m). Per Curiam.
