Pro se Petitioner is deemed insolvent and may proceed in forma pauperis for purposes of this cause.
Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied without prejudice to pro se Petitioner refiling after September 16, 2022. SCALES, MILLER and GORDO, JJ., concur.
