Following review of the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus or Writ of Mandamus, and the State of Floridas Response thereto, it is ordered that the Petition for Writ of Mandamus is granted. The trial court is directed to hold a hearing on Petitioners motion to modify bond as set on August 10, 2022.
