Ryan Beamgard appeals the circuit courts judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion, following an evidentiary hearing, after Beamgard pled guilty to six offenses. Beamgard contends the circuit court clearly erred in denying his Rule 24.035 motion, arguing the record leaves a definite and firm impression that the plea court violated Rule 24.02 and Beamgards constitutional rights by failing to inform Beamgard that the maximum penalty included the possibility of consecutive sentences, rendering Beamgards guilty plea unknowing and involuntary. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
