Opinion

Order

Mr. Derrick Young appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cooper County, Missouri, finding him guilty of two counts of assault in the first degree, one count of unlawful use of a weapon, and one count of armed criminal action. Mr. Youngs point on appeal asserts evidentiary error which he claims was outcome-determinative prejudice. After a careful review of the record on appeal, we conclude that there is no such reversible error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties an unpublished legal memorandum explaining todays ruling as there is no jurisprudential value in issuing a published opinion. Rule 30.25(b).
