ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF FLORIDA
This case is before us on remand from the Florida Supreme Court. In State v. Sams, 45 Fla. L. Weekly S298, 2020 WL 6538825 (Fla. Nov. 6, 2020), the supreme court quashed this courts opinion issued April 12, 2019, and remanded for reconsideration in light of Knight v. State, 286 So. 3d 147 (Fla. 2019). Upon further consideration and on the authority of Knight, we affirm Sams convictions and sentences. Affirmed.
