Opinion

ORDER

Ryan White appeals his convictions for first-degree statutory sodomy and enticement of a child following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Callaway County. White asserts that the trial court plainly erred by failing to sua sponte strike testimony of a forensic interviewer, contending the challenged testimony “invaded the province of the jury by essentially vouching for the credibility” of the victims. He also asserts that the trial court plainly erred by “failing to sua sponte intervene when the prosecutor inquired of Mr. White in cross-examination whether other witnesses were lying.” Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
