ORDER
S.G. appeals the judgment of the Clay County Circuit Court terminating her parental rights with respect to her two minor children. She claims in one point on appeal that insufficient evidence was presented that the Childrens Division made efforts to rectify conditions of a potentially harmful nature. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
