ORDER
Arieous Walton-Merritt appeals his convictions, following a jury trial, for involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action. Walton-Merritt presents two points on appeal. In his first point, Walton-Merritt contends that the trial court erred in overruling his motion for new trial and in entering convictions because the evidence was insufficient to sustain the jurys findings of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. In his second point, Walton-Merritt argues that the trial court abused its discretion in overruling his motion to strike Venireperson 14 for cause. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
