Opinion

ORDER

Christopher Montez (“Montez”) appeals a decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”), which denied his application for review and adopted the decision of the Appeals Tribunal, which found that Montez voluntarily ended his employment without good cause attributable to his work or his employer. On appeal, Montez contends that the Commission erred by denying his application for review because he alleged good cause for his failure to participate in the hearing before the Appeals Tribunal, which warranted further proceedings. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum providing the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The Commissions decision is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
