Alain Camarillo-Linan appeals, following a jury trial, his convictions of first-degree rape, § 566.030, second-degree rape, § 566.031, two counts of first-degree sodomy, § 566.060, and two counts of first-degree kidnapping, § 565.110, for which he received a total sentence of 112 years’ imprisonment. 1
Camarillo-Linan raises a single claim on appeal; he argues that the trial court erred in overruling his Batson objection to the States peremptory strike of Venireperson #30 on the ground that the States asserted rationale for the strike was mere pretext for racial discrimination. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b). FOOTNOTES
