ORDER
Cardell Scott appeals from the judgment of the motion court, following an evidentiary hearing, denying his Rule 24.035 motion seeking to set aside his guilty plea to murder in the second degree, one count of endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of armed criminal action. In his sole point on appeal, Scott argues that his plea counsel provided ineffective assistance by making affirmative representations ultimately causing his guilty pleas to be entered unknowingly and involuntarily. The judgment is affirmed. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
