ORDER
C.D.C. (“Father”) appeals the circuit courts judgment finding that he was unwilling, unable, or unfit to perform his parental duties and ordering that letters of guardianship issue for his four children. Father contends the judgment is not supported by sufficient evidence and is against the weight of the evidence. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment by Order pursuant to Rule 84.16(b). We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision. AFFIRMED.
