Kevin Hurley appeals, following a bench trial, his conviction of murder in the second degree under § 565.021, RSMo Cum. Supp. 2015. In his sole point on appeal, Hurley argues that the trial court erred in entering a judgment of conviction because there was insufficient evidence to support the courts finding of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt in that the DNA evidence presented by the State was not unique to Hurley and the remaining evidence required too many inferences. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
