Opinion

On Request To Order Clerk To Serve Petitioners Filings

The Court denies any relief Petitioner requests in the filing titled “Minimization of Pro Se Filing,” docketed April 13, 2022.

To the extent that Petitioner seeks an order directing the Clerk of this Court to serve his filings for him, Petitioner is not entitled to such relief under § 28.215, Florida Statutes. Florida Rule of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.516 requires parties to serve their filings on all parties or the parties’ counsel in the case and to include a certificate of service reflecting the time and method of such service.

As Petitioner has not demonstrated entitlement to an exception to rule 2.516, he shall serve all of his filings in this case on counsel for Respondent and include a certificate of service with the filing reflecting such service has been made as required by.
