Upon consideration, Petitioners’ Motion to Strike Response to Petition for Writ of Prohibition is granted in part, and footnotes 5 and 6 of Respondents’ Response (and the accompanying text to those footnotes on page 8) are hereby stricken. Following review of the Petition for Writ of Prohibition, and the Response and Reply thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied.
