ORDER
Norman E. Davis appeals from the motion courts denial of his Rule 29.15 post-conviction motion. Davis asserts that the motion court committed clear error because his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to request lesser-included instructions, for failing to seek admission of excluded evidence on an alternative theory, for making an inaccurate pretrial concession, and for failing to require a stipulation correctly characterizing the nature of prior convictions. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
