Opinion

ORDER

The City of Kansas City, Missouri appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court awarding William Johnson compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorneys fees, and costs following jury trial. It claims in its sole point on appeal that the court erred in overruling its motion for new trial because Instruction No. 12 misdirected, misled, or confused the jury. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. We affirm the judgment of the trial court, grant Johnsons motion for attorneys fees on appeal, and remand for a determination of the amount of reasonable attorneys fees. Rule 84.16(b).
