ORDER
Scott Peoples appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion after evidentiary hearing in the Boone County Circuit Court. In his sole point on appeal, Peoples claims the motion court clearly erred because his defense counsel at trial was ineffective in failing to adequately advise him of the potential benefits of pleading open and taking the opportunity to attempt to mitigate as opposed to going to trial. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
