ORDER
B.R. appeals an order of the Buchanan County Circuit Court Juvenile Division sustaining allegations that B.R. knowingly and unlawfully operated a green 1994 Saturn hatchback station wagon, property owned by Mr. Gary Hull, without Mr. Hulls consent, in violation of section 569.080, tampering in the first degree.
