ORDER
Ms. Carla Keough appeals a Bates County Circuit Court Probate Divisions denial of her motion to set aside a judgment of incapacity and disability that Ms. Keough filed as personal representative of the incapacitated persons estate following his death. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b). Per Curiam:
