ORDER
Donnie Bolden is currently incarcerated based on his convictions in 2000 for first-degree robbery and armed criminal action, for which he received consecutive sentences. Bolden filed a petition for declaratory judgment against the Department of Corrections in the Circuit Court of Cole County. His petition contended that the Board of Probation and Parole had incorrectly calculated the minimum prison term he was required to serve on his armed criminal action sentence before becoming parole-eligible. Bolden claimed that the Boards calculation violated the governing statutes, and violated his constitutional rights. The Department filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings, asserting that Boldens petition was time-barred under § 516.145, RSMo, and that his claims failed on the merits. The circuit court granted the Departments motion for judgment on the pleadings, and Bolden appeals. We affirm.
