ORDER
Howard Chase appeals from the motion courts judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. On appeal, Chase claims the motion court erred because trial counsel was ineffective for: (1) failing to call co-defendant, Leandre Smith, as a witness at trial because Smith would have testified that Chase was not with him during the shooting; and (2) opening the door in closing argument for the State to explain why it did not call “Bam Bam” Crockett as a witness at trial. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
