Opinion

ORDER

In 2009, the Circuit Court of Vernon County entered a judgment dissolving the marriage of Appellant Steven Middleton and Respondent Heather Middleton. Neither party appealed the judgment. In 2019, Steven Middleton filed a pro se “Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction,” claiming he and Heather Middleton had never obtained a marriage license and thus “there was never a lawful marriage.” The trial court denied this motion. Over one year later, Steven Middleton filed a motion to set aside the judgment “for reason of fraud upon the court,” again asserting he and Heather Middleton had never been lawfully married. The trial court denied that motion as well. Steven Middleton appeals. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
