Gregory Hill appeals, following an evidentiary hearing, the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief. Hill raises two claims on appeal. First, he argues that the motion court erred in denying his request to leave the evidence open in order to provide testimony from his plea counsel who failed to appear for the evidentiary hearing. Second, Hill argues that the motion court erred in failing to sua sponte hold an abandonment hearing due to his post-conviction counsels failure to subpoena plea counsel for the evidentiary hearing. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
