ORDER
Tracy Black appeals from the motion courts judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. On appeal, Black claims the motion court clearly erred in denying his Rule 29.15 motion because appellate counsel was ineffective in failing to assert on appeal that the trial court erred in granting Blacks waiver of counsel and allowing him to represent himself at trial without sua sponte continuing the trial to give Black additional time to prepare his defense. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
